With the Canadian timber lodge as its inspiration, architects Ric Stott, Craig Lee, and Roy and Frank Dalene of the Hamptons Green Alliance rebuilt the once burned down home of the David Dubin Family of Southampton. The house has now risen from the ashes to earn a point score of 108 points from the U.S. Green Building Council and a LEED platinum certification and is one of the largest LEED platinum certified homes on record.
